COVID-19 DO's AND DON'T's

Follow these do's & don'ts of COVID-19 to say safe

The spread of coronavirus is a threat to the existence of the human race. The researchers are carrying out several experiments to identify the cure of this virus. But unfortunately, there isn't any definite cure for this till date. Keeping this point in mind, the government has advised wearing masks and face shield. These two ingredients act as a barrier between human and the virus. Because this deadly virus enters the human body via eyes, nose and mouth, covering these serves half the purpose. The remaining half can be implemented by following social distancing or even going to crowded places.

The number of deaths is increasing day by day, but the concerning part lies in who all are at higher risk? The older people, kids (young children) and people suffering from diabetes, heart and lung diseases are at higher risk. The mortality rate of these people is even more overwhelming. In such a scenario, only the precaution can save our lives until the discovery of a vaccine.

Following are some of the measures that can help you in preventing the spread of this infection. For example, keeping yourself clean and disinfecting everything before you touch. Avoiding crowded places and keeping a tab on symptoms can help you stay in the green zone. Ubcared has listed down what you should do to keep you safe from COVID-19.
